DeepSeekがAI操縦席を公開

DeepSeekは、DeepSeek Harness v0.1を開発者プレビューとしてリリースし、MITライセンスの下で完全なソースコードを公開しました。このプロジェクトは、dsh at deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness にて提供されます。ハーネスとは、modelとそれが動作するenvironment（tools、files、sandboxes、agentが動作し続けるためのcontrol loop）の間にあるlayerのことです。DeepSeekはこれを「Agent = Model + Harness」と位置付けています。ほとんどのharnessesは、そのlayerをhard-codeしています。つまり、agent loop、tool registry、session storeは固定されており、extensionは作者がexposedしたhooksでのみ行われます。Harnessは、その逆の立場を取っており、READMEの冒頭で「everything is a plugin」と述べています。Models、tools、skills、sessions、sandboxes、storage、loops、scheduling、そしてUIの全てがCordis plugin boundariesの背後にあり、Harness source codeを変更することなく、configurationでそれらのいずれかを選択、swapped、またはextendedすることができます。これにより、これは固定されたcoding assistantではなく、agent runtimesをassemblingするためのkitとなり、それが、同時にリリースされたmodel announcementよりもこのreleaseが重要である理由です。

Is it deployable? はい、しかし、これはdeveloper infrastructureとしてであり、production agent productではありません。v0.1はdeveloper previewです。

Company level：AI-native startupsや、中規模から大規模なenterprises内で既にinternal toolingを実行しているplatformまたはdeveloper-experience teams向けです。Regulated enterprisesは、MIT-licensedでありself-hostedであるため、locallyでpilotすることができます。
